Help with invitations and answers


I need help sending or resending the questions.


If your person has not received their invitation, or you need it sent to a different email address, contact us with:

  • Your name

  • Order number (if you have it)

  • The person's name and correct email address

We will resend the invitation and confirm once it has gone through.


What if the person I choose never finishes?

The system is designed to feel manageable, not overwhelming. The person answering can save and continue later, see their progress, and receive gentle reminders if they pause for a while. If you are worried that a book is stuck, contact support and we will look at options with you based on how far they have come and your local policy.


Orders, shipping, and delivery


Where is my order?


After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your book and a link to follow its status. When your book is ready to print and ship, we will send another email with an estimated delivery window.



Do you ship worldwide?


Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and your order details.



How long does it take to receive my book?


The timeline has two parts:

  • Time for your person to answer the ten questions.

  • Time for production, printing, and shipping

On the checkout page, you will see an estimated delivery window based on your country once answers are complete.


Changes, mistakes, and cacellations

I noticed a spelling mistakes or detail that needs changing


If you see a clear typo or mistake in a name, date, or obvious detail, write to us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • A screenshot or short description of the page

  • The exact correction you would like

We will let you know what can be fixed at your current stage in the process.



Can I cancel my order?


Because each book is made to order and built from personal answers, we are usually only able to cancel before production has begun. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately with your order number and we will tell you what is possible in your case.


Something else?


If you are unsure which edition to choose, need advice on writing your Question 10, or have a concern that is not on this page, email us and we will respond personally. This product exists to help you keep one relationship close on paper and in voice, and support is part of that promise.
