What is 10 Questions?
10 Questions is a premium keepsake book made from ten questions answered by someone you love, designed to preserve stories, and memories in a form that feels beautiful and lasting.
How does it work?
After you place your order, you'll receive a link to a brief buyer questionnaire where you share the final question you'd like to ask. Then we send you a second link you can pass on as a gentle invitation for the person to answer all ten questions in their own time. The experience is designed to feel like a simple conversation, not a formal form or assignment, and once their answers are complete, their words are turned into a printed keepsake book.
Which editions are available?
The launch focus is on editions for Mum, Dad, Grandma, and Grandpa. Each one follows the same design system, with a personalised title for the person receiving it.
Can I write one of the questions myself?
Yes. Questions 1 to 9 are prepared for the edition, and Question 10 is your own. You write it during the order process, and it is printed exactly as you enter it.
How does the person answer the questions?
You'll receive a link you can share with them as a gentle invitation, so the experience feels like a simple conversation, not a formal form or assignment.
What if the person I choose never finishes?
The system is designed to make progress feel manageable, with the ability to save and continue later, visible progress tracking, and gentle reminders if they pause. You can also contact support for help, and your final policy can explain what happens if a book remains unfinished for an extended period.
What does the finished book include?
Each book includes a personalised title, ten carefully designed questions, ten answers in their own words, and a premium, fixed‑format interior.
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently offer shipping only to selected locations. Available delivery regions and shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your address and order details.

Each order supports one delivery address only. If you’d like to send books to more than one address, please place a separate order for each destination.

Design and production usually take around 7 to 10 business days after the questions are completed, with shipping time depending on the destination.
Can I order more than one copy?
Yes. You can order up to four copies of the same book. If you'd like more than four, please contact us at hello@heartscellar.com and we'll arrange it for you.
