At Hearts Cellar, each book is made to order and prepared with care. Because of this, delivery timelines include both production time and shipping time.



Processing time

Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. For personalised orders, please allow up to 10 business days for production before dispatch. During peak periods, including holidays and promotional campaigns, processing times may be longer.



Shipping destinations

We currently ship worldwide. If your delivery location is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.



Shipping options

Shipping options are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Standard shipping: 10–14 business days

  • Express shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Local Hong Kong delivery: 2–3 business days


Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Any shipping promotions will be shown on the website at the time of purchase.



Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, where available. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take some time to appear.



Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, peak seasons, weather conditions, courier disruptions, or incorrect shipping details.



Customs, duties, and taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees may apply depending on the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.



Shipping restrictions

We may be unable to ship to certain regions, P.O. boxes, or addresses that our courier partners do not service. If a delivery issue arises after your order is placed, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.



Lost, delayed, or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at hello@heartscellar.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and any relevant photos so we can help as quickly as possible.



Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Hearts Cellar is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
